Our crampon tote sack is made of durable PVC-backed polyester with a breathable mesh bottom. It holds our KTS Crampon and K•10 Hiking Crampon and features a drawcord and cord-lock for easy, secure closure, as well as a loop for waist belt or backpack attachment.

    I have the K-10 crampons and intended to use this bag for them to store them but it’s way too small unless I spend time folding up the crampons perfectly and compacting them as much as possible to the max and then coerce the crampons into the bag and still sometimes get some toe spikes sticking out. My crampons are sized for my 11.5 shoe but even when they’re slid into the compact positions, the bag still too tight. Then you have to spend the time unfolding the toe and heel brackets every time you want to put them on. No Thank You.

    Sadly, I can not recommend this bag to store them while on the go and I will not use it, especially with gloves on and in dicey situations where time is critical, it just takes way too much time to get them in there and out, especially when you compare them to other crampon bags near the same price.

    I’m going to have to purchase another crampon bag/case thats more practical.

    I do love my k-10 crampons.
